Jungle mein sab jaanwar ek saath milkar rehte the. Har koi apna kaam karta, aur ek doosre ki madad bhi karta. Jungle ka raja ek shaktishaali shher tha, lekin uska swabhaav thoda gussa wala tha.
Ek din, jungle mein ek naye shikaar karne wale insaan ne camp lagaya. Sabhi jaanwar dar gaye. Shher ne kaha, "Main sabko bachaunga, lekin sabko mujhe roj ek shikaar dena hoga." Sab jaanwar majboori mein maan gaye.

Usne ek din apne peeth par mitti lagayi, aur jungle mein bhaagti hui chali gayi jaise kisi ne us par vaar kiya ho. Usne shher ke saamne jaake roti hui awaaz mein kaha, “Maharaj! Ek aur shher aapke jungle mein ghus gaya hai. Usne mujhe marne ki koshish ki!”
Shher gusse mein aag baboola ho gaya, “Kya! Mera jungle aur doosra shher! Mujhe usse milao!”
Lomdi usse jungle ke ek purane kuen ke paas le gayi. Usne kaha, “Yeh raha, is kuen mein chhupa hai.”
Shher ne jhaank kar dekha, aur paani mein apna hi chehra dikhayi diya. Use laga ki dusra shher ghoor raha hai. Gusse mein usne jhaapat maari aur kuen mein gir gaya.
Sab jaanwar ne khushi se naachna shuru kiya. Lomdi ne sabko azadi dilayi thi.

Ek bar, ek chhoti si gaon ke paas ek jungle tha. Jungle mein ek sadhu baba aa kar rahe. Log unhe sant samajhkar prasad, phal, aur daan dene lage.
Lekin chalak lomdi ne unki aankhon mein kuch chalaki dekhi. Usne socha, “Kahin yeh asli sant to nahi lagte. Mujhe kuch karna hoga.”
Agle din lomdi sant ke paas gayi aur boli, “Baba, aap bahut pavitra hain. Kya aap mujhe bhi kuch ashirwaad denge?”
Sant boli, “Haan, lekin pehle tum mujhe thode aur phal la do.”
Lomdi ne kaha, “Zarur! Par main aapko ek baat bataun? Jungle ke pichhle kone mein ek bada sona ka matka mila hai. Sirf ek pavitra sant hi usse chhoo sakta hai.”
Sant lalach mein aa gaya. Lomdi usse usi kone mein le gayi jahan ek gehra gadha tha. Usne kaha, “Matka to andar hai, aap andar jaaiye.”
Jaise hi sant ne pair rakha, wo phisal gaya aur gadhe mein gir gaya. Lomdi boli, “Jungle mein sabko dhokha dene wale logon ke liye yahi sahi jagah hai.”
Jungle ke sabhi janwaron ne uska dhanyavaad kiya.
तीसरी कहानी: चालाक लोमड़ी और कुत्ते की दोस्ती
Ek din, ek bada kutta jungle mein bhatak gaya. Uska malik use chhod gaya tha. Jungle ke jaanwar use dekh kar dar gaye. Par chalak lomdi ne dekha ki kutta udaas hai, bhooka hai.
Usne poocha, “Tum kaun ho? Kya tum humein nuksan pahuchane aaye ho?”
Kutta bola, “Nahi! Main sirf ek dost chahta hoon. Mera malik mujhe chhod gaya.”
Lomdi ne use apna ghar diya, aur uska dhyan rakha. Dheere-dheere dono acche dost ban gaye.
Ek din kuch shikari jungle mein aaye. Unhone jaal bichaya. Lomdi us mein phans gayi. Kutta ne dekha, aur bina soche samjhe shikariyon par bhonkna aur daudna shuru kar diya.
Shikari ghabra gaye aur bhaag gaye. Kutta ne lomdi ko jaal se chhuda liya.
Lomdi boli, “Main chalak hoon, par tumhara dil sabse bada hai. Dosti mein hamesha vishwas aur sahas chahiye.”
Tab se jungle mein kutta aur lomdi ki dosti ek misaal ban gayi.
